Stress is a burned out feeling due to the overwhelming energy, time, efforts and attention exerted by the body to coupe up over a seemingly required strong demand. It’s a nervous system reaction triggering the body to over react and response incoherently applying less or too much energy to a given situation or strong demand. Stress is a mental state affecting the body’s physical, psychological and behavioral whenever our nervous system over react over a hostile or negative situation and problem.
