The Role of Healthy Food

Medical practitioners and Nutritional Experts found increasing number of evidence in the role of diet and its critical effect in having a good health and desire for long life. With the advent of knowledge explosion , more and more people express interest about this issues . investigations and independent research and studies were conducted to address and answer questions regarding this subject of interest . promising results are showing up to the good and beneficial effect of vegetable dishes to ones health.

The ancient diet

The Bible along with other ancient written records shows man original diet which primarily consists of fruits and herbs which is being connected for their long life span reaching more than 900 years . this scriptural records became the basis in search of a better health and longevity.

The Physical Featuresof Man

The physical features of man solidified the claim of the scripture on the kind of food human originally take as his food and source of nutrition. Two underlying factors should be considered in order for anyone to be convinced enough . these are human anatomical features and the second is the actual physical effects ofmeat consumption .

The Human Anatomical Features

The human anatomical features of man is quite likely to be the same features with his nearest kind which are the primates who’s diet depends much on fruits and edible herbs. The process by which they feed themselves start from the hands which holds the food towards the mouth and grind by the teeth into small bits to be easily swallow. Human teeth consists of molars like those of the other herbivores is design for longer chewing of food . Human and other herbivores don’t have front sharp teeth which carnivores use to tear fresh flesh which constitute their primary diet . human hands doesn’t have the vigorous strength and the sharp claws carnivores possess to inflict deadly wounds to its prey,while those of human were design for easy picking of fruits and herbs .

The Sudden Food Switch

What really happened in ancient times why did man switch from herbs to meat is still obscure and the only available reference of it is in the time of Noah after the known bible flood ..the sudden switch could be blamed to the outcome or the overall effect of the infamous flood of Noah. Which killed most of the world vegetation? The food that Noah brought along within the ark last only for a year and they come to a point of fruits and vegetable shortage and only animal meat is the immediate available. The meat consumption became a big part of human diet from that period. The animals along with their meat became part of man food chain.

Ancient Meat Eating and its Effect

With the advent of meat eating ,it is interesting to know that the bible began to write the changing lifespan of men to have been marginally decrease to only 120 years and later to only 70 years . Which is very far and young in years compares to their predecessors, who were fruits and vegetable eater not like them who were meat eaters. This study shows why vegetarian usually do have a long and a healthy life than of the meat eaters.

Healthy living is a way of life that everyone should keep, a lifestyle that we have to continue during ones lifetime. For man to have a fulfilled life he or she must live healthy to enjoy enough all of life's given and endowed natural blessing. Because our health resonates our personality and manifest our strength and reveal to others the kind of lifestyle we follows, therefore our overall personality determine if we're living the healthy way..

Healthy living doesn't come so easy, but rather earned, worked out and sometimes requires great deal of discipline to achieve a healthy body and mind. it requires a great deal of knowledge to understand underlying factors and issues and the fundamentals to fully understand how and why we should live in a healthy way

There are issues we have to address and something like tradition and belief that have really sink in our mind which have become a mindset that is very important to be change to get in the right track in living healthy. Our understanding of the different food we used to eat, the way we think, our perspective about life, how we react during stress, our work, vices, companions, the place we live, hobbies and our point of interest are scales to measure our lifestyle if we're living healthy or not.
